We have been busy this week nurturing our potato and strawberry plants. We can see that both are growing. There are some tiny strawberries but they are green - so we cannot pick and eat them just yet! We have learned that our potato plants need to grow pinky-white flowers on them and then die back, that's how we will know when the potatoes are ready to be dug up!
