On Wednesday 19th May, there was a lot of buzz about the nursery school with the anticipation of some very special visitors arriving. The school was decorated with brightly coloured bunting, banners and the children had all made wonderful crowns and flags for the prestigious occasion.
The sun was shining as we were able to wave at the royal helicopter carrying the Prince of Wales and the Duchess of Cornwall, such excitement!
A few minutes later, the children were all able to wave to the special royal guests from our lovely long garden and playground, and some children even got to have a chat with Their Royal Highnesses with the principal Miss P Algie.
What a wonderful day we had, and will never forget here at Bangor Central Nursery School.
