We have started our six week block of weekly Jump Jiggle and Jive sessions. Lizi comes and takes each class for thirty minute sessions. We are really active during these, dancing, jumping, hopping, moving and using all the fun equipment Lizi brings with her. We always have a great day on a Wednesday with Jump Jiggle and Jive!
